Even the top management have rejected the first bid from Microsoft, it’s clear that the deal will be closed soon. It looks like the other options like an alliance with Google or reorganizing again it’s strategy aren’t so viable in this moment, and Yahoo is decided just to maintain it’s position strong until they will get a better price. I’m curious to see if this will happen, and if Microsoft will make a new improved offer soon, even if their first bid wasn’t far from Yahoo real market value.
